When can I place an order?

Stickers: Stickers are available 24/7 and ship out on all odd days of the month (1, 3, 5, etc!).

Blankets: Pre-orders will open every month for 7 days! The next pre-order date will be listed at the top banner of the website, and will also be posted on social media. An early reminder and email-only offers will be sent to my email list, so if you're interested in reminders or an early notification please sign up and/or follow me on social media!

Why are blankets pre-order only?

Wanting the best for people and the planet, blankets are pre-order only to ensure that only products wanted are made. This helps keep product out of landfills, and supports sustainability efforts, while also ensuring that each blanket that is made is going to someone :)

Occasionally, in the case of sample orders, exchanges, or cancelled orders, those limited products will be offered at a discount and will be on a first come, first served basis. Join the email list community if you would like to receive the notifications on shop updates, discount offers, and more!

I need to change the shipping address, what do I do?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact me right away so that I can update the address :)

If the order has already shipped, I am not able to make any address updates and the buyer is responsible for contacting the postal service or package carrier service for support on re-routing. If the product has already been delivered to the incorrect address, the buyer assumes all responsibility and cannot claim a refund or missing/lost package.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

As these items are pre-order only and are made-to-order, once the product orders have been submitted to my manufacturer and are in-production, the order is not able to be cancelled.

Please contact me right away if you would like to cancel a pre-order and I will let you know if a refund or partial refund is available based upon the production status of the item.

Please note that full refunds are only available for pre-orders cancelled within the month's pre-order window. This is because I place the order with the production facility after the pre-order window ends. Partial refunds are available for cancelled pre-orders after the pre-order window closes.

I haven't received the order but it says it was delivered, what do I do?

Some package carriers and postal services may mark packages as delivered a day or two before the actual delivery, but if your package hasn't appeared after a few days of being marked as "delivered" please contact the package carrier/ postal office directly. If they are not able to locate the package please contact me!

Return/ Exchange policy

Returns - unfortunately I do not accept returns as these are made to order items. If your order is damaged please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order so that I can resolve the issue!

Exchange Requests -please contact me within 3 calendar days of the package delivery and I will send you a exchange request form. Any requests received after this time are not eligible for an exchange. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanged items.

If an exchange request meets all criteria as listed in the request form, I will send an email notification agreeing to the exchange. Once I have agreed that you can ship the product back, you will have 10 calendar days for the product to return to me in order to complete the product exchange. Once I have received and inspected the package I will respond to you within 2 calendar days to notify you of the exchange status and will provide you with shipping information for the newly exchanged item.

Please note that the product must be returned back in the same condition for exchanged items. In the case of exchanged items that are damaged or missing when sent back to me, you may receive a partial refund of the item (shipping costs are non-refundable), or the item returned to you depending upon the situation and buyer preference.

Please note that I may reject any exchange requests at my discretion.

Issue with my order (damage, etc.) , what do I do?

please contact me within the first 3 days of your delivery if there are any issues with your order so that I can help resolve it as soon as possible!

Blankets are shipped with a protective extra layer in the polymailer to prevent damage, and sticker sheets are shipped in hard,cardboard sleeves to prevent bending + inner water-resistant sleeves, but incidents can occur at the carrier - please reach out if you have any concerns and I will try to resolve it!

Missing/ Lost Package

I am not responsible for missing, lost, or damaged packages - you will need to work directly with the postal service/carrier service that misplaced the package. However, please contact me if there are any issues so that I can help find a resolution for you!

Depending upon the product purchased, and the exact incident experienced, partial refunds may be offered (dependent upon the item and situation), however replacements are not available as these are pre-order items only and are made-to-order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! :)

But please note that for international customers, you are responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees, and taxes that may occur upon import of the product into your country. Howl's Society Shop is not responsible for import fees, and that remains the buyer's responsibility.

Please keep an eye on your tracking information to see if any alerts pop up regarding customs fees. Please note that if you do not pay the applicable customs fees for your country, the package will either be shipped back to me or may be abandoned by the carrier service. In these cases you may only receive a partial refund (if the package is shipped back to me by the carrier service) or no refund (if the package was abandoned by the carrier service due to the non-payment of the import fees). For packages sent back to me by carrier services due to non-payment of import fees, any shipping fees from the carrier will be deducted from the partial refund amount. Please do not purchase these products if you are not comfortable paying the import fees for your country of residence.

Please leave your email when placing an order in case I need to contact you for issues with your product delivery.

How long does shipping take on Pre-orders?

After your pre-order you will receive a confirmation email, as well as updates on your order status.

Once the monthly pre-order window closes I will send email updates to everyone who pre-ordered with an update on when the product is being produced, as well as when I have received and packed the products and sent them out!

*I estimate that product will ship out ~6 weeks from when you placed the pre-order, with orders arriving ~7 weeks after the order was placed. But please note that this is just an estimate (and may be either shorter or longer than noted here), as I have not finalized production timing with the production facility. If there are any delays I will include that information in the pre-order update emails sent to everyone who placed a pre-order :)

My goal is for pre-orders to open the last Saturday of each month, and for orders to be received by the third- fourth week of the next month. Everything is packed and shipped by me so I will do my best to cut down on my pack and ship timing if production time takes longer during busy seasons.

Yes! her name is Uto for "Utopia", because launching my own art business has been a dream of mine for so long, and I'm building this community in hopes that it becomes a safe space, a utopia for us.
